Erica Reilly, Founder + Partner
Erica Reilly has an extensive communications background, having previously worked at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), Lilly Pulitzer, the Commodity Futures Brokers & Traders Association (CFBTA), Guardian Life Insurance, Amercanex International Exchange, and Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. In these roles, she handled internal and external communications, press releases, website content, and marketing efforts.
Erica currently manages communications and marketing initiatives for Greenberg Capital, DiSabatino Landscaping, Miller Residential, and First State Building & Design. She recently finished her debut novel, The Swells of Stone Harbor.
As the Co-Chair of the Social Media and Communications team benefitting the Chester County Hospital Foundation, she volunteers for Chester County Day, the nation’s longest running house tour. Previously, Erica served as a member and chair of the Westtown Historic Commission for six years. She studied communications at Ohio University and Columbia University.
Katie Gildea, Partner
Katie Gildea has a broad background in writing and communications. Her experience includes managing all digital content, copywriting, and corporate communications for a large party supply company. Prior to that, she worked at an advertising and marketing agency as a writer, editor, and consultant.
She supports all content writing and marketing initiatives for Reilly Creative. She is also the Assistant Editor at Chadds Ford JunXion Magazine and is a regular contributor to the Boston College Magazine.
Katie received her graduate degree from Rice University and her undergraduate degree from Boston College.
Ria Cooper, Partner
Ria Cooper has an expansive background in communications and writing, having served in a variety of capacities for several arts, education, and social justice nonprofits. As a freelance consultant for the Arts and Cultural Alliance of Sarasota County, DNAWORKS and the Suncoast Black Arts Collaborative, she facilitated communications, including all newsletters, press releases, social media content, and grant writing.
Ria holds a B.A. in Theatre and Classics from Oberlin College and an M.A. in Applied Theatre from CUNY School of Professional Studies. She is the Co-Chair of the Sarasota County Arts Education Partnership and co-founder of SCRAPS Magic Soil, a compost and education organization.
